About This Project
In August 2011 Heatherbrae completed constructing the four storey wood frame apartment complex. This project was completed with a concrete underground parking lot and a natural cedar finish on the building for a west coast theme.
Although this project was not LEED certified, this project was built with efficiency in mind with hot water base board radiant heating and double pane low E windows.
