About This Project
Lot E was the last development to complete the Wesbrook Village core at The University of British Columbia. The total size of the building is approximately 108,000 square feet, over 6 floors, with approximately 27,000 sf of commercial space on Levels 1 and 2, and 90 residential units on Levels 1-6. This is a mix of concrete construction and wood frame construction on the upper levels. The facility will include a range of unit types, from commercial businesses on the ground floor, and a variety of micro-units, studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, including 2 levels of underground parking.
