About This Project
Heathebrae was retained to the Construction Manager on the Hebb Building Renewal Project. The Hebb Building project includes the reconfiguration of classroom, lab, teaching and support spaces to support contemporary pedagogy. The project also includes: seismic upgrading the building, building envelope work, structural upgrading, theatre upgrading including the replacement of electrical and mechanical systems as well as an overall interior finishes update. This project required Heatherbrae to coordinate swing spaces, phasing and coordination with the public. The Hebb Theatre Renewal Project is targeting a LEED Gold certification.
