The Exchange

About This Project

Heatherbrae were the Construction Managers for the heritage rehabilitation and conversion of the historic BC Telephone Co building (1913), transforming it into residential apartments. In addition, we constructed a new 6-storey wing.

The refurbished building, in Vancouver’s rapidly developing Southeast False Creek neighbourhood, features exposed brick walls and heavy timber structures to create classic loft-style residences.
