Heatherbrae holds a significant place in BC’s construction industry. We have been responsible for the successful completion of new construction, restoration, and renovation projects throughout the province. Construction Management makes up approximately 60% of our work completed in the past 5 years.

These projects include schools, community centers, theatres, galleries, hospitals, research facilities, office buildings, multi-family residential low-rise and high-rise buildings, custom homes, churches, and rehabilitation of heritage structures.

As a result of running large-scale complex projects we have gained significant experience in the areas of phased and accelerated scheduling, cost control, working within occupied spaces, and risk management.
