About This Project
Heatherbrae have recently completed the LEED Platinum standard Centre for Interactive Research on Sustainability (CIRS) at the University of British Columbia. The CIRS is dedicated to research, collaboration and outreach that support workable solutions for the challenges of urban sustainability.
The construction of the CIRS facility has pushed the boundaries of sustainable construction materials and building techniques—radically reducing material consumption, emissions, energy and water usage.
