UBC Lot 3 – Webber House

About This Project

The University of British Columbia hired Heatherbrae to construct a mixed use building consisting of two levels of commercial space with 4 levels of wood frame residential above and two levels of below grade parking, located on the UBC campus. Webber House is a new, 6-storey 43,100 sf Faculty Housing in Wesbrook Place. This Faculty & Staff building will include a range of unit types, from one to four bedroom units, with three bedroom units as the primary accommodation residence type.
